Greater of $100 or $185/ hr — Form 706 Estate tax and all required state and local tax filings.

 

BUSINESS ENTITY TAX PREPARATION

 

Greater of $700 or $185/hr — C-corps, S-Corps and partnership tax return and all required state and local tax filings.

 

AUDIT REPRESENTATION AND CORRESPONDENCE RESOLUTION SERVICES

 

$185/hr — Audit representation for in person and correspondence audits. Also, resolving and responding to correspondence from IRS and state and local tax authorities.

 

TAX PLANNING AND CONSULTATIONS 

 

$185/hr — Whether you are starting a new business, need to plan for upcoming changes in income and tax situations, or just have questions that you want answered, we can help.

 

BOOKKEEPING

 

$85/hr Monthly or Quarterly— Bookkeeping services are available on a monthly or quarterly basis throughout the year for businesses, estates, trusts and individuals.

 

1099 PREPARATION AND FILING

 

$110 for up to 5 forms, $15 for each additional. Digital Delivery Free, $3 per form for Mailing.
